This Weeks Read: The Gypsy King

This post was also published as an assignment on my website for my online journalism class.

I had a hard time putting this book down to write this post. That’s how good this novel is, and how anxious I am to get to the end and find the answers to all the mysteries and questions I have since I started reading!

The Gypsy King

The Gypsy King follows Persephone, a runaway slave with a puzzling past. After a late night encounter with a (charming and handsome) thief, her world turns upside down, and it seems to get even more interesting as the novel goes on. Persephone has to decide whether she’ll help Aziel, the thief, and his people or find the freedom she’s been desperate to have.

I’m already hooked and I haven’t even finished reading it, so if you want to experience the same feelings, then be sure to visit your local book retailer and get yourself a copy. Good news is this book is now out in paperback so the purchase won’t be so hard on your wallet!
